| Type | What changed | Guide updates |
|---|
| Resolved issue | Conversation logs in the project menu opens the loaded session list. If the list cannot load, the tab says so and the count reads 0 shown. | Conversation logs · Troubleshooting |
| Type | What changed | Guide updates |
|---|
| Functional change | The length on a conversation is the time the visitor and agent were actually exchanging. A quiet gap does not add to it. A new message after more than 30 minutes of quiet starts a new session. | Conversation logs |
| Type | What changed | Guide updates |
|---|
| Feature | On the first save and on Save as new version, Publish this version after saving is optional and off by default. Leave it off to publish later from version history. Check it to save and publish in one step. Save on the version already open still saves in place. An older version can still be published from version history. | Agent Instructions (save bar) · The five-step workflow |

|---|
| Functional change | During an import, pages stay in the order they were started. The list scrolls inside the progress panel. When the next page starts, that row comes into view in the list. The Data Sources page itself does not jump. | Data Sources |
| Type | What changed | Guide updates |
|---|
| Functional change | Starting an import no longer scrolls Data Sources. Progress stays at the top end of the screen: a bar and the list. Each address includes the site name. A running item glows, a finished item shows a check, a skipped item shows Skipped, and a failed item shows an X. A full-site import leaves the progress when it finishes. A single page, a file, or a re-ingest selection says Import complete and the bar reaches 100% when every selected item has finished. A long import shows a short list and how many more items are not listed. | Data Sources |
| Type | What changed | Guide updates |
|---|
| Feature | Select sources and choose Re-ingest. The prompt says the current content will be replaced. When the selection includes a TXT or CSV, choose those files in the prompt before Re-ingest. Replace files that already exist starts unchecked. The sources table shows Updated, and a source changed in the last day shows a dot beside its name. | Data Sources |

|---|
| Resolved issue | Conversation logs in the project menu opens the same session list as the Conversation logs tab. | Conversation logs |
| Type | What changed | Guide updates |
|---|
| Resolved issue | AI systems that open your public visitor page receive that page, the same way a browser does. The page links to llms.txt, agents.txt, ai.txt, and the OpenAPI description even when the footer is off. | Agent readiness · Visual & UI · Troubleshooting |
| Type | What changed | Guide updates |
|---|
| Functional change | The guide homepage states what Cintesa is, the problem it solves, and the four parts of a project: the website, the agent, Funnels and conversion, and Agent readiness. Behavior and facts stay in that project. In Agent readiness, describe this project only, and put a public documentation URL first in the llms.txt link sections when you have one. | Cintesa Guide · Agent readiness |
| Type | What changed | Guide updates |
|---|
| Resolved issue | Production sessions that appear in the project Usage log also appear in Contacts → Conversation logs, including when you open View conversation. The session list is no longer missing the latest chats. | Conversation logs · Activity & usage logs |
| Type | What changed | Guide updates |
|---|
| Functional change | Home and the project Dashboard show the page first. Project lists, summary cards, and logs fill in while you use the rest of the page. On Home, Usage and Activity load when you open those tabs. | Activity & usage logs |
| Type | What changed | Guide updates |
|---|
| Functional change | In the media library table, Delete selected stays at the top while you scroll. Previews are larger. Hover a preview and choose the eye icon, or click the preview, to open it. Hover a row to edit its tag in place; the checkmark saves and X discards. | Data Sources |
| Type | What changed | Guide updates |
|---|
| Resolved issue | After you choose Ingest selected pages, the page list and progress update while the import runs. You do not need to reload the page. Each page shows whether it is pending, in progress, ingested, skipped, or failed. The percentage matches pages that have finished and reaches 100% when the import is done. | Data Sources |
| Functional change | An image used on more than one page is stored once. Later pages use that stored image. Billing storage counts that file once. | Data Sources |
| Type | What changed | Guide updates |
|---|
| Feature | Full site import lists the sitemap first. Uncheck pages you do not want, then ingest the ones you kept. If no sitemap is found, or you turn off sitemap lookup, you can crawl linked pages instead. | Data Sources |
| Functional change | Full-site progress matches pages that have finished. When the import finishes, the source list updates. A failed or cancelled import stays on screen until you dismiss it. | Data Sources |
| Resolved issue | When a full-site import cannot start, the error names the cause, such as a refused connection or a site that did not respond. | Data Sources |
| Type | What changed | Guide updates |
|---|
| Functional change | On All sections, each row’s select checkbox sits inside the row under Select all. It appears when you hover the row, and stays visible after Select all or any row is selected. | Content & Funnels |
| Resolved issue | The visitor page no longer jumps after it first appears, and the first load stays responsive. The footer, including Powered by Cintesa, stays where it first painted. | Visual & UI |
| Type | What changed | Guide updates |
|---|
| Feature | Page layout can hide the visitor header or float a pill header over the page. A header-placed language switcher stays in the footer when the header is hidden. The header icon follows the surface text color. | Visual & UI |
| Feature | Theme tokens add Header style: Solid or Glass. Glass blurs the header and adds a moving caustic. A pill header always uses that glass. | Visual & UI |
| Feature | All sections can select every row, then delete, duplicate, or add a language version. Delete asks for confirmation first. The actions bar stays with the list while it scrolls. A partial failure names the rows that failed. | Content & Funnels |
| Feature | Generate content with AI writes every text field on the open block, including each card, step, row, tab, and list item. Bio tags keep spaces while you type. | Content & Funnels |
| Feature | Delete a Funnel from the funnel list or from Funnel settings. The confirmation is the same. | Content & Funnels |
| Type | What changed | Guide updates |
|---|
| Functional change | The guide states a cold-reply starting point (about 9,000 tokens read, about 250 written, first part in about 2.7 seconds) and the maximum caps: one model request, 2,048 tokens written, no extra reasoning tokens, five parts, and a 15,000-character instruction draft. | Reply expectations |
| Type | What changed | Guide updates |
|---|
| Functional change | When the included messages for the billing period are used up, the visitor text field says Typed replies are unavailable right now. Saved Funnels stay available. Dashboard Live preview keeps a working text field. | Reply expectations · Content & Funnels · Preview · Troubleshooting |
| Functional change | The visitor cookie notice is a short bar above the conversation input. Accept & continue stays the main action. Essential cookies only and Cookie settings sit beside it. Cookie settings opens the longer explanation. | Visitor data & privacy |
| Type | What changed | Guide updates |
|---|
| Resolved issue | Visitor replies now appear when the first part of the answer is ready instead of waiting for the complete answer to finish. Conversation safeguards, reply content, and entrance motion are unchanged. | No operator action is required. |
| Type | What changed | Guide updates |
|---|
| Functional change | A visitor answer is sent as one reply. In Agent Instructions you set the order: opening text, a saved section or a section composed for this turn, a follow-up question, and suggested next-step buttons. Leave out a part the turn does not need. | Agent Instructions |
| Type | What changed | Guide updates |
|---|
| Functional change | Pro includes 4,800 conversations a month. Agency includes 14,400. Messages stay about 2.5 per conversation. Billing shows the new includes. | Plans · Limits |
| Type | What changed | Guide updates |
|---|
| Functional change | Agent Instructions must stay under 15,000 characters. A longer draft cannot save. | Agent Instructions |
| Type | What changed | Guide updates |
|---|
| Functional change | When a visitor reply cannot finish, Contacts → Conversation logs shows Conversation error and the reason. The visitor sees that this is a conversation error and the same reason. | Conversation logs |
| Type | What changed | Guide updates |
|---|
| Functional change | In the project usage log, the conversation heading stays at the top of the panel while you scroll that session. The next conversation's heading takes its place when it reaches the top. | Activity & usage logs |
| Type | What changed | Guide updates |
|---|
| Feature | In a Free Text body, typing @ opens Media Library beside that reference, with larger thumbnails and readable names. Choosing a file opens image settings with a thumbnail, alt text, and size. In the section preview, hover an image for a dashed frame, a size handle, and a remove control. Drag the image to move it, or drag the handle to change its size. The preview window scrolls when the section is taller than the screen. | UI blocks · Content & Funnels |
| Type | What changed | Guide updates |
|---|
| Feature | On a project page, All projects at the top of the project sidebar opens Home, Projects, Support, Org Settings, notifications, documentation, and profile when you hover it. A click on All projects returns to the project list. A green dot on All projects means something is unread. Choosing Edit on a content section opens that section on its own page. The project sidebar and the Content & Funnels header stay hidden while that page loads. The page header shows the back arrow and Back to all sections as one control, and who is on this page with their avatar. The left side uses the same section panel as the rest of the dashboard: the section name is in the header, and Save section appears in the save row over the bottom of the panel when there are unsaved changes. The panel keeps its full height. Each UI block is an accordion across the full width of that panel, and the first block is open. The preview is a full-height browser window. The section sits in the middle of that window, and the window scrolls when the section is taller than the screen. The desktop, tablet, and mobile controls set the window width. Drag the handle on the left edge of the window to do the same. The page uses the same background as the rest of the dashboard, including the top-right corner. The width stays until you close this browser tab. Back to all sections returns to the section list and asks before discarding unsaved changes. A narrow screen uses Preview. | Content & Funnels · Notifications · Support |

|---|
| Feature | Page layout has an Accessibility Tool section. Font size control shows or hides a small A and a large A on the live surface. Visitors use them to make the text smaller or larger. On a computer the control sits at the bottom-left, level with the theme switcher. On a phone it sits below the conversation input, before the theme switcher. | Visual & UI |
| Type | What changed | Guide updates |
|---|
| Feature | Free Text places library images in the body with the reference tool. Type @, choose the file, then set alt text and a small, medium, or large size. Generate content with AI uses those same tags in Free Text and in other blocks that show an image. In the section preview, drag an image to move it or drag its corner to change size. Media Box uses a glass frame in the project colors, with space above and below. The preview header has a text-size button, before the light and dark switch, so the copy stays readable when the frame is small. | UI blocks · Content & Funnels |
| Type | What changed | Guide updates |
|---|
| Functional change | Page layout no longer includes a position setting for the theme switcher. Show theme switcher is the only control. On a larger screen the switcher sits at the bottom-right of the page. On a phone it stays below the conversation input. The control is dark on a light page and light on a dark page. | Visual & UI |
| Type | What changed | Guide updates |
|---|
| Resolved issue | On a phone, the visitor cookie notice accepts the choice, so a required notice no longer blocks the conversation. | Visitor data & privacy |
| Functional change | The visitor cookie notice leads with Accept & continue. Essential cookies only and Cookie settings are text links under that action. | Visitor data & privacy |
| Type | What changed | Guide updates |
|---|
| Functional change | On the visitor page, the text field stays above the phone keyboard. A down arrow appears when the latest reply has scrolled out of view and brings you to the text field. Suggested buttons and the Funnel next step sit with that reply. | Preview · Content & Funnels |
| Type | What changed | Guide updates |
|---|
| Functional change | Conversation logs hide sessions with no visitor turns until you choose All sessions. Filter by turns, time, Funnel, and contact. Source appears only when embed origins are configured. The project Usage log groups actions under each conversation, lets you open or close a session, and links to that session. | Conversation logs · Activity & usage logs |
| Type | What changed | Guide updates |
|---|
| Feature | Funnel settings now include Conversation surface controls: hide the Funnel next-step button after a custom question, hide the conversation text field while the Funnel is in progress, or show the Funnel next-step above the text field after a custom question. | Content & Funnels |
The existing Funnels canvas screenshot still matches the canvas. The new switches live in Funnel settings.
| Type | What changed | Guide updates |
|---|
| Resolved issue | Agent Instructions must stay under 20,000 characters. A longer draft cannot save. Save now says so instead of a generic failure. | Agent Instructions |
| Type | What changed | Guide updates |
|---|
| Resolved issue | After a visitor starts a Funnel or uses a next-step button, later replies do not put that same action — or another button from the same Funnel — back on the next-step row. | Content & Funnels · UI blocks |
| Type | What changed | Guide updates |
|---|
| Feature | The guide now documents the UI blocks library: how to add a block on a new or existing section, every library item and its purpose, and Change layout so an existing landing hero can switch composition without a second hero block or a blank start. | UI blocks · Content & Funnels |
Guide screenshots captured from the running platform (platform UI only) for UI blocks: the New section library with preview, the Change layout picker, and the confirm step that lists what carries over.
| Type | What changed | Guide updates |
|---|
| Resolved issue | Data Sources now shows measurable import progress when available and a moving activity state when a percentage would only be an estimate. Completed imports refresh the source list and setup progress automatically; failed or cancelled imports keep their diagnostics visible. | Data Sources |
| Type | What changed | Guide updates |
|---|
| Feature | Generate content with AI uses a larger prompt. Type @ to reference media, ingested documents, or page links. Drag the handle to resize the prompt. Closing the panel keeps the request until you generate. | Content & Funnels |
| Feature | Funnel turn settings can add the next turn from Connections. | Content & Funnels |
| Resolved issue | Project tab titles stay on the real name while a page loads. A glow on that title — and on the matching item in project navigation — shows that the destination is loading. | No workflow change |
| Type | What changed | Guide updates |
|---|
| Resolved issue | Hero atmosphere now covers the complete section preview across desktop, tablet, and mobile preview modes. Full-screen heroes also keep a stable height while visitors scroll on mobile. On Living Sky, grain sits over the sky so the texture stays visible, and color tints the stars instead of a wash over the whole sky. | Content & Funnels · Atmosphere |
| Type | What changed | Guide updates |
|---|
| Resolved issue | Project data now finishes loading during dashboard navigation without requiring a browser refresh. Direct links and in-dashboard navigation use the same reliable loading path. | Troubleshooting |
| Performance | Project pages now prioritize the requested tab. Other tabs load when opened, reducing the work required before the active page becomes usable. | No workflow change |
| Functional change | Presence notices no longer lock a project page or require take-over. Multiple people can edit and save concurrently; the latest successful save wins. | Client Sharing · Troubleshooting |
| Type | What changed | Guide updates |
|---|
| Functional change | Project dashboard pages no longer wait on teammate presence or extra profile fetches before first paint. Editing locks and take-over stay. | Project setup guidance |
| Functional change | The Setup complete congratulations card appears once per person per project, including another browser. | Project setup guidance |
| Feature | Cintesa Assistant public replies include links to matching Cintesa Guide articles when those pages were retrieved. | Support |
| Functional change | The Notifications inbox names Cintesa Assistant and the TKT-… request for an automated public reply, opens that thread, and updates while you stay in the dashboard. | Notifications · Support |
| Functional change | A public Support reply also shows a green attention dot on the top-level Support menu. Opening the thread, or the inbox notice, clears the dot. Landing on a new request no longer hides a reply that arrives a moment later. | Notifications · Support |
Guide screenshots recaptured from the running platform (platform UI only) for Support: the request list with New request, and a thread with a labeled Cintesa Assistant reply and Talk to a human.
| Type | What changed | Guide updates |
|---|
| Feature | With optional analytics consent, Cintesa can retain standard campaign tags or a verified visitor-surface handoff through signup, setup completion, and the first purchase. Authentication remains available after decline, and the Privacy page can withdraw the app-wide choice. The Guide’s global Sign up link now opens attributed app signup directly. | Visitor data & privacy |
| Type | What changed | Guide updates |
|---|
| Feature | Organization Owners and Admins can open and follow Cintesa support requests from the dashboard. Public replies, private attachments, email notices, and a clearly labeled Cintesa Assistant stay in one thread; a person always remains available. | Support · Notifications · Troubleshooting · Members |
| Type | What changed | Guide updates |
|---|
| Functional change | Integrations → CRM no longer shows an internal scheduled-sync notice. Contacts still sync when a visitor submits. Use Retry failed jobs on Delivery status when a send fails. | CRM |
Guide screenshots for CRM and Notifications cropped to the platform CRM fields (no admin banner).
| Type | What changed | Guide updates |
|---|
| Resolved issue | Changing a custom domain from www to the apex (or the other way) no longer treats the companion host as another project’s domain, and no longer detaches the live hostname before the new one is attached. A failed attach leaves the previous hostname in place. If the www companion redirect cannot be attached, Delivery reports an error instead of verified. | Domains · Troubleshooting |
| Resolved issue | Delivery now lists the companion DNS row (www CNAME or apex A) when Prefer www companion redirect is on, so a verified apex does not hide the record www still needs. Check DNS keeps that row. | Domains · Troubleshooting |
| Resolved issue | Turning Prefer www companion redirect, Use a custom domain, or Enable returning visitor experience on or off now shows that section’s save row so the change can be saved. | Domains · Agent Instructions |
Guide screenshots recaptured from the running platform (platform UI only) for Delivery and Domains: Use a custom domain, Prefer www companion redirect, and the DNS table on the project Delivery page.

|---|
| Feature | Contacts → Campaign now records a sanitized utm_campaign when no traffic rule matches. A matched traffic rule still wins and keeps the rule name. A later qualified campaign updates the value; a visit with no rule and no utm_campaign does not erase it. | Contacts & forms · Traffic rules |
| Functional change | Only the standard UTM fields are kept (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content), plus landing path and referrer domain. Arbitrary query parameters, click IDs, and tokens are discarded. Campaign rows badge Traffic rule or UTM. | Contacts & forms · Traffic rules |
| Type | What changed | Guide updates |
|---|
| Resolved issue | Searching Contacts → All contacts no longer crashes the dashboard. Search matches name, email, phone, and comment. On a single-form view, search also matches that form’s field values. | Contacts & forms |
| Resolved issue | Opening Contacts no longer crashes when Conversation logs cannot load. If the logs tab cannot load, the list says so instead of showing an empty project. | Conversation logs · Troubleshooting |
| Type | What changed | Guide updates |
|---|
| Resolved issue | Selecting a traffic-rule composition on Live surface no longer shows the language landing hero. The list and preview are only the sections attached to that rule, plus that landing’s hero if one is attached. Dragging a row above the composition hero now places it above the hero for visitors. | Content & Funnels · Traffic rules |
| Functional change | Composition select lists a traffic rule only when Content sections are attached. Funnel-only rules stay on Traffic rules. Leftover language-path rules stay on Language options. | Content & Funnels · Traffic rules · Languages & SEO |
| Type | What changed | Guide updates |
|---|
| Feature | Traffic rules now configure a campaign header CTA, first and returning welcome, path SEO and index control, one preferred Funnel, language-switcher visibility, named Slack live-chat destination, and returning-resume behavior. | Traffic rules · Content & Funnels · Languages & SEO · Slack live chat |
| Functional change | Contacts → All contacts → Campaign records the latest highest-priority matched traffic-rule name when an identified visitor submits. Unmatched submissions do not erase prior attribution. | Contacts & forms · Traffic rules |
| Functional change | Traffic rule settings use collapsible sections. Additional matchers sit under Matchers. Content sections lead the campaign settings list, then Funnel and handoff, Campaign surface, and Path SEO. Collapsed headers show what is already set. | Traffic rules |
| Functional change | Funnel attachment is edited only on the traffic rule. Funnel settings show a read-only Preferred by list and a link to Traffic rules. | Traffic rules · Content & Funnels |
| Type | What changed | Guide updates |
|---|
| Resolved issue | The appointment scheduler on vanity and custom-domain landing pages no longer fails with a raw JSON parse error. Visitors see a clear unavailable message if booking cannot load. | Scheduling · Troubleshooting |
| Functional change | The green next-step dot on page tabs stays fully visible. Continue here scrolls the Next step frame into view. After all five setup steps, a congratulations card suggests dashboard, Integrations, and Delivery. | Project setup guidance |
| Functional change | Theme presets are a stacked list (thumbnail, name, description). Click a row to open token settings. | Visual & UI |
| Feature | Suggested sections and suggested funnels support multi-select and create-all. The section generation steps panel shows progress across the selection. | Content & Funnels |
| Functional change | Disabled funnels can be saved. Save errors name the missing conversation button and how to fix it. Disabled funnels stay marked on the canvas. | Content & Funnels |
| Functional change | Agent Instructions authoring uses two tabs: generate a full draft, or add sections one by one. The first save creates the first version and suggests test + publish. | Agent Instructions |
| Functional change | Theme preset rows use larger color-style thumbnails (no Atmosphere decorations), with larger name and description type. | Visual & UI |
| Functional change | Suggested section and funnel popup footers keep Select all / Clear selection and Create selected at a fixed button width. | Content & Funnels |
| Feature | Living Sky is selectable again under hero Atmosphere → Particles & Motion. Saved sky heroes keep rendering. | Atmosphere |
| Resolved issue | Live surface for a language URL lists that language’s landing packages (including Hebrew), even when a leftover language-path traffic rule hid them from the list. The preview renders every listed package, not only the hero. | Content & Funnels |
| Resolved issue | The Steps UI block number rail lays out correctly in Hebrew and Arabic RTL. | Content & Funnels |
| Feature | All sections can filter by traffic-rule attachment. Traffic rules show attached sections as badges. The attach popup filters by language, shows the selection, and applies with a button. | Content & Funnels · Traffic rules |
| Functional change | Landing visibility on All sections is a titled popover with radio options: language landing, traffic-rule landing, both, or hidden. Live surface composition can be searched or filtered by language or traffic rule. A traffic-rule composition lists only sections attached to that rule. | Content & Funnels · Traffic rules |
| Resolved issue | Asking to book on a non-default language URL no longer leaves only the agent’s text. If the booking section exists only in another language, conversation and Funnel buttons still open the booking widget. | Scheduling · Content & Funnels · Troubleshooting |
| Feature | Traffic rules can set Language on multilingual projects (all languages, or one language). A scoped rule matches only that language URL, Live surface previews that language, and the sitemap lists campaign paths for that language only. | Traffic rules · Languages & SEO · Content & Funnels |
| Type | What changed | Guide updates |
|---|
| Feature | Agent Instructions can insert @ references to Content Sections, brand and page media, UI blocks, and platform tools, plus highlighted https:// links. The editor footer shows the color legend. | Agent Instructions · Answers from your content · Agent tools |
Guide screenshots recaptured from the Mac laptop display (platform UI only) for Contacts (Campaign column and contact profile), Conversation logs, Content & Funnels (Live surface and Funnels), Visual & UI (theme preset list), traffic rule settings, Agent Instructions, and the five-step workflow (project Dashboard status bar).
