Limits

What Cintesa plan meters count and what to do when you hit a cap.

Last updated on

Limits are organization entitlements. The dashboard shows the meter on Billing and on the surface that hit the cap (for example Sources when pages are full).

Typical caps

  • Website pages you can keep ingested
  • Seats / members
  • Project seats (delete a project to free one — see Project management)
  • Sessions, messages, CSV rows, and file storage
  • Planned log retention windows for conversation logs and usage (not enforced yet) — see Activity & usage logs and Visitor data & privacy

When you hit a cap, the notice names the limit and the next action (upgrade, remove a source, or contact your agency).

Contacts and form submissions are not a log-retention meter. They stay until you archive or delete them.

A missing button is usually a plan feature, not a page-count cap. How-tos mark those with Plan-related feature. Full list: Plans.

Lowest planFeatures
StarterFunnels, Suggest funnels, traffic rules
ProAI content generation (section Generate content with AI, instruction draft, SEO/UI translations), Scheduling, CRM, Agent tools, embed, custom domains, hide badge, Client Sharing
AgencyCustom badge / branding, Instruction insights

Suggest sections is on every plan after ingest. Writing a section by hand is on every plan.

What is not a “limit”

A failed ingest or a domain still pending is not a plan cap — see Troubleshooting.
