Troubleshooting

Fix common Cintesa holds — unsaved General, unfinished ingest, domain checks, empty preview, and visitor availability.

The next-step notice never clears

You edited a field but did not save that section. General, Visual, Content & Funnels, and Agent Instructions each need their save (or publish).

Sources stay empty

Confirm the URL is reachable and ingest finished. One done source (or a source with pages) completes the workflow step. Reload after the public site changes.

Preview looks like a blank hero

The seeded landing hero alone does not count as content. Add sections, set Landing visibility to the language landing (or both), assign them on a Funnel, and save.

A traffic-rule Live surface composition uses only the sections attached to that rule. If none of those is a hero package, the preview has no hero — that is expected. Attach a hero on the rule, or preview the language landing instead.

Conversation logs will not load

On a large project, Contacts → Conversation logs can take too long to list sessions. The tab says the list could not load instead of crashing All contacts. Wait a moment and open the tab again.

Domain stays pending

Re-read the DNS records. A typo or a leftover A record on the same name will block the hostname.

Delivery says the hostname is already used

Apex and www count as the same hostname. Changing www.example.com to example.com on the same project is allowed.

If the dashboard names another Cintesa project, that project already has the apex or the www host — remove or change it there first.

If the message mentions another Vercel project, the hostname is assigned outside this Cintesa Vercel project. It will not show in the Cintesa project’s domain list. Remove it from that other Vercel project (or the registrar’s Vercel integration), then save Delivery again. A failed attach now leaves your previous hostname in place.

If Prefer www companion redirect is on, both hosts must attach. A companion failure is an error — Delivery will not mark the domain verified. The DNS table lists both records. Add the www CNAME as well as the apex A / ALIAS.

www (or the apex) fails with NXDOMAIN after a domain change

The saved hostname can verify while the companion host has no DNS row. Browsers report DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN when that record is missing.

Turn on Prefer www companion redirect, save Delivery, and add every row in the DNS table — including the www CNAME (or the apex A / ALIAS if you saved www). Then click Check DNS. Leave the companion record at your registrar even after the saved hostname is Verified.

If save says Start editing Delivery before saving changes, reload Delivery so the edit lock can attach. If someone else is editing, take over first.

Booking unavailable on the live site

If visitors see Booking unavailable, turn scheduling on under Scheduling, confirm the project is active, and try again. They should see a plain unavailable line, not a raw error.

Booking widget missing on a language URL

The landing only lists booking sections assigned to that language (or all languages). Duplicate the section for the language if you want it on that landing. A conversation or Funnel button that asks for a booking section from another language still opens the booking widget — you should see the calendar, not only the agent’s text.

A traffic rule does not match on a language URL

Check Language on the rule. If it is limited to one language, it will not fire on the other language URLs even when the query or path matches. Use All languages when the same campaign should run everywhere.

The agent ignores new copy

You saved a draft but did not Publish Agent Instructions.

Compiled previews on Agent readiness are empty

Set a project subdomain under General → Identity, then Save agent readiness. Previews compile from that hosted visitor URL.

Other AI systems still show old project copy

You edited Agent readiness fields but did not click Save agent readiness. Spot-check live llms.txt and agents.txt on the visitor URL — see Agent readiness.

Public URLs return not found

General → Management → Project active is off. Public hosted URLs, custom domains, and embeds return not found. Dashboard Live Preview can still load the project. Turn the project active and click Save management — see Project management.

Visitors see a maintenance page

Under construction is on (and the project is active). Turn it off and Save management when you want the full site.

The composer is missing or chat is blocked

Conversations enabled is off, or the project is Under construction. Construction turns conversations off automatically. Open General → Management, adjust the toggles, and Save management.

Management is missing or the toggles will not save

Client Sharing portal users do not see General → Management. Marketers can open the project but cannot change operational mode or delete — ask an Owner or Admin.

Still stuck

Organization Owners and Admins can open Support from the top-level dashboard and file a request. The Support hub is available on every plan. Marketers and client portal users should ask an Owner or Admin to contact Cintesa.
