See the current Cintesa plan, usage meters, and which features each plan includes.

Open organization Billing.
- The plan sets project limits (pages, seats, and similar meters).
- Packs are add-ons (for example extra retention days when that product ships).
- Changing plan is a checkout with the platform’s billing provider.
If a control is missing, the organization is usually on a lower plan — the dashboard shows an upgrade notice. How-to pages that describe a paid capability start with Plan-related feature and name the lowest plan. Basic and Starter wording stays everyday English (“website pages”, not ingestion jargon).

Meters (sessions, messages, ingested pages, storage) are on Billing and Limits. Conversation-log retention windows are listed on plans but not enforced yet.
