Activity & usage logs

Tell Cintesa configuration activity apart from production usage — these are not conversation transcripts.

Last updated on

Cintesa keeps two operator logs that are easy to mix up with conversation logs.

Project Dashboard Activity and Usage logs

LogWhereWhat it records
Activity logHome → Activity; project Dashboard → ActivityConfiguration saves — General, Sources, Funnels, Instructions, Integrations, and similar
Usage logHome → Usage; project Dashboard → UsageProduction visitor events — sessions, button clicks, blocks, Funnel steps, leads
Billing metersHome → Usage (grid); organization BillingPlan caps — sessions, messages, ingested pages, projects, CSV rows, storage

Activity does not include visitor chat text. Read transcripts on Contacts → Conversation logs.

Project Dashboard

  1. Open the project Dashboard.
  2. Use the Activity log and Usage log summaries.
  3. View full log opens a filterable table (section, action, category, time range, search).
  4. Usage rows can link to a contact or session when that event has one.

The default time range is 7 days. Widen it to 24 hours, 30 days, 90 days, or all when you need a longer look.

Home Usage meters and trend

Home Activity log across projects

  1. Open Home.
  2. Usage — org-wide plan meters plus a usage log that includes a project column.
  3. Activity — recent configuration changes across projects in the organization.
  4. Open organization Billing when a meter is close to a cap — see Plans and Limits.

Retention

Usage events grow until log retention is enforced. Matching project activity rows that are tied to those logs will follow the same window. Contacts stay. That enforcement is not shipped yet (planned on Pro/Agency packs). Until then, treat usage and conversation logs as kept.
