Preview

Use the project Preview (or the visitor URL the dashboard shows) to walk the landing page and send a test message.

Checklist

• Landing hero and Atmosphere look right on desktop and a narrow viewport.
• A Funnel you saved actually appears (sections assigned, and Landing visibility includes the language landing).
• The agent follows the published instructions, not a draft.
• Forms, scheduling, or Agent tools you enabled can complete.

Dashboard Live Preview can still load the project when Project active is off or the site is Under construction. Public visitors cannot. See Project management.

Preview does not send real customers. Use a staff-owned project for screenshots and experiments — never a customer’s private data.

Conversation

With Sticky bottom, the field stays at the bottom of the screen. A language switcher set to the footer stays in the footer. Choosing a suggested question sends that question. Focusing the field places the page background behind it, fading at the top.

On a computer the text field stays where the page layout placed it. On a phone it scrolls with the page until you tap it. Suggested questions, when they are on, appear with the field above the keyboard. Swiping them scrolls that row and does not move the page. On an iPhone, scrolling the page does not move the field once it is above the keyboard, and tapping a question still sends it. On a phone the background behind the field continues below it while the keyboard is open, so the page does not show through. Sending a question or a typed message puts the field back on the page. Leaving the field hides the questions. On a phone, closing the keyboard does the same and puts the field back in the page. Suggested buttons and the Funnel next step sit with the reply they belong to. If you scroll until that reply is off screen, a down arrow brings you to the conversation input.

Dashboard Live preview keeps a working text field after the organization has used its included messages. On the public site that field is replaced with Typed replies are unavailable right now. Saved Funnel buttons stay. See Reply expectations.
