Newly released Cintesa functionality, functional changes, known bug fixes, and the platform roadmap.
Last updated on
This page tracks platform changes released after the initial Cintesa Guide launch, plus the planned work still ahead. Each shipped entry links to the matching how-to page so operators can learn what changed and how to use it.
The first guide release documents the current Cintesa workflow: setup guidance, General (including Agent readiness and project management), Data Sources, Visual & UI, Content & Funnels, traffic rules, Atmosphere, languages and SEO, Agent Instructions, conversion tools, operations, delivery, team, billing, limits, and troubleshooting.
Planned work after this guide launched. Order can move. When an item ships, it also appears under Current post-launch updates with a date and a link to the matching how-to.

- Translating the dashboard. Admin stays English. Visitor languages and SEO already ship.
- A visual if/then builder for traffic rules. Campaign, landing path, returning visitor, and locale prefix rules are the shipped model.
- Changing how the visitor agent chooses a reply shape in platform code. Persona and conversion posture stay in Agent Instructions.
New platform functionality, behavior changes, functionality updates, and known bug fixes appear here when they ship. Each entry includes:
- Released date.
- Type: Feature, functional change, or resolved issue.
- What changed in operator language.
- Guide updates: linked how-to pages and any screenshots recaptured from the running platform.

| Feature | Organization Owners and Admins can open and follow Cintesa support requests from the dashboard. Public replies, private attachments, email notices, and a clearly labeled Cintesa Assistant stay in one thread; a person always remains available. | Support · Notifications · Troubleshooting · Members |

| Functional change | Integrations → CRM no longer shows an internal scheduled-sync notice. Contacts still sync when a visitor submits. Use Retry failed jobs on Delivery status when a send fails. | CRM |

| Resolved issue | Changing a custom domain from www to the apex (or the other way) no longer treats the companion host as another project’s domain, and no longer detaches the live hostname before the new one is attached. A failed attach leaves the previous hostname in place. If the www companion redirect cannot be attached, Delivery reports an error instead of verified. | Domains · Troubleshooting |
| Resolved issue | Delivery now lists the companion DNS row (www CNAME or apex A) when Prefer www companion redirect is on, so a verified apex does not hide the record www still needs. Check DNS keeps that row. | Domains · Troubleshooting |
| Resolved issue | Turning Prefer www companion redirect, Use a custom domain, or Enable returning visitor experience on or off now shows that section’s save row so the change can be saved. | Domains · Agent Instructions |

| Feature | Contacts → Campaign now records a sanitized utm_campaign when no traffic rule matches. A matched traffic rule still wins and keeps the rule name. A later qualified campaign updates the value; a visit with no rule and no utm_campaign does not erase it. | Contacts & forms · Traffic rules |
| Functional change | Only the standard UTM fields are kept (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content), plus landing path and referrer domain. Arbitrary query parameters, click IDs, and tokens are discarded. Campaign rows badge Traffic rule or UTM. | Contacts & forms · Traffic rules |

|---|
| Resolved issue | Searching Contacts → All contacts no longer crashes the dashboard. Search matches name, email, phone, and comment. On a single-form view, search also matches that form’s field values. | Contacts & forms |
| Resolved issue | Opening Contacts no longer crashes when Conversation logs cannot load. If the logs tab cannot load, the list says so instead of showing an empty project. | Conversation logs · Troubleshooting |

|---|
| Resolved issue | Selecting a traffic-rule composition on Live surface no longer shows the language landing hero. The list and preview are only the sections attached to that rule, plus that landing’s hero if one is attached. Dragging a row above the composition hero now places it above the hero for visitors. | Content & Funnels · Traffic rules |
| Functional change | Composition select lists a traffic rule only when Content sections are attached. Funnel-only rules stay on Traffic rules. Leftover language-path rules stay on Language options. | Content & Funnels · Traffic rules · Languages & SEO |
| Type | What changed | Guide updates |
|---|
| Feature | Traffic rules now configure a campaign header CTA, first and returning welcome, path SEO and index control, one preferred Funnel, language-switcher visibility, named Slack live-chat destination, and returning-resume behavior. | Traffic rules · Content & Funnels · Languages & SEO · Slack live chat |
| Functional change | Contacts → All contacts → Campaign records the latest highest-priority matched traffic-rule name when an identified visitor submits. Unmatched submissions do not erase prior attribution. | Contacts & forms · Traffic rules |
| Functional change | Traffic rule settings use collapsible sections. Additional matchers sit under Matchers. Content sections lead the campaign settings list, then Funnel and handoff, Campaign surface, and Path SEO. Collapsed headers show what is already set. | Traffic rules |
| Functional change | Funnel attachment is edited only on the traffic rule. Funnel settings show a read-only Preferred by list and a link to Traffic rules. | Traffic rules · Content & Funnels |
| Type | What changed | Guide updates |
|---|
| Resolved issue | The appointment scheduler on vanity and custom-domain landing pages no longer fails with a raw JSON parse error. Visitors see a clear unavailable message if booking cannot load. | Scheduling · Troubleshooting |
| Functional change | The green next-step dot on page tabs stays fully visible. Continue here scrolls the Next step frame into view. After all five setup steps, a congratulations card suggests dashboard, Integrations, and Delivery. | Project setup guidance |
| Functional change | Theme presets are a stacked list (thumbnail, name, description). Click a row to open token settings. | Visual & UI |
| Feature | Suggested sections and suggested funnels support multi-select and create-all. The section generation steps panel shows progress across the selection. | Content & Funnels |
| Functional change | Disabled funnels can be saved. Save errors name the missing conversation button and how to fix it. Disabled funnels stay marked on the canvas. | Content & Funnels |
| Functional change | Agent Instructions authoring uses two tabs: generate a full draft, or add sections one by one. The first save creates the first version and suggests test + publish. | Agent Instructions |
| Functional change | Theme preset rows use larger color-style thumbnails (no Atmosphere decorations), with larger name and description type. | Visual & UI |
| Functional change | Suggested section and funnel popup footers keep Select all / Clear selection and Create selected at a fixed button width. | Content & Funnels |
| Feature | Living Sky is selectable again under hero Atmosphere → Particles & Motion. Saved sky heroes keep rendering. | Atmosphere |
| Resolved issue | Live surface for a language URL lists that language’s landing packages (including Hebrew), even when a leftover language-path traffic rule hid them from the list. The preview renders every listed package, not only the hero. | Content & Funnels |
| Resolved issue | The Steps UI block number rail lays out correctly in Hebrew and Arabic RTL. | Content & Funnels |
| Feature | All sections can filter by traffic-rule attachment. Traffic rules show attached sections as badges. The attach popup filters by language, shows the selection, and applies with a button. | Content & Funnels · Traffic rules |
| Functional change | Landing visibility on All sections is a titled popover with radio options: language landing, traffic-rule landing, both, or hidden. Live surface composition can be searched or filtered by language or traffic rule. A traffic-rule composition lists only sections attached to that rule. | Content & Funnels · Traffic rules |
| Resolved issue | Asking to book on a non-default language URL no longer leaves only the agent’s text. If the booking section exists only in another language, conversation and Funnel buttons still open the booking widget. | Scheduling · Content & Funnels · Troubleshooting |
| Feature | Traffic rules can set Language on multilingual projects (all languages, or one language). A scoped rule matches only that language URL, Live surface previews that language, and the sitemap lists campaign paths for that language only. | Traffic rules · Languages & SEO · Content & Funnels |
| Type | What changed | Guide updates |
|---|
| Feature | Agent Instructions can insert @ references to Content Sections, brand and page media, UI blocks, and platform tools, plus highlighted https:// links. The editor footer shows the color legend. | Agent Instructions · Answers from your content · Agent tools |
